An additional 10% will be applied to every ticket as a presale fare, except those purchased on the preformance’s same day.
Reductions
A 10% reduction is provided for people over 65 years old, for Cultural and Volunteering Institutions’ associates, for Cral and Unicoop Firenze Toscana associates, for Rete Toscana Classica Card’s owners, for subscribers to Amici della Musica’s season, for owners of Palazzo Strozzi’s exhibitions ticket (www.palazzostrozzi.org).
People with Disabilities
People with disabilities are entitled to the lowest price provided for second gallery. In order to obtain a subscription or a ticket for a disable person, a suitable documentation is required to certify at least 70% disability or blindness. If the documentation provides an accompanying person, he/she will be granted free access to the theater.
Refund
Tickets already purchased can’t be refunded or replaced.
In case of show canceling an alternative event will be offered, if possible. Refund requests in this case can be presented within 7 days from the date of the show.
